Country Living In The City
The large, mostly brick houses in Sulgrave Manor are enhanced by the green areas that surround them, including Mount Zephyr Park which is just a short stroll away. Although the community is situated in the middle of Mount Vernon it retains a peaceful quality. Much of this is down to the fact that the area has very little cut-through traffic. That said, Sulgrave Manor is just a short distance from the Richmond Highway so you are never very far away from lots of amenities.

Woodlawn has history and housing options
Named for old Woodlawn Plantation, the Woodlawn neighborhood is located near Fort Belvoir and the Mount Vernon district. The plantation, a 126-acre estate, belonged to George Washington’s Mount Vernon before having a number of owners. Eventually, it became the first historic site owned by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, according to Woodlawn’s website.

Pembrook Village has comfortable condos and great location
Located in Southern Fairfax County near Engleside and Buckman Road, Pembrook Village offers residencies in a condominium community near many important roads and locations.
